This month’s meetup brought a wave of fresh energy, with several new participants joining us for the first time — welcome! Our conversation kicked off with Paul, who shared his knowledge of infrared photography and brought along some stunning examples of his own work, setting an inspired tone for the evening. Riding that enthusiasm, we dove into this month’s FotoFokus themes: Night and Family. As always, it was a joy to see how differently everyone approached the same prompts and to hear the stories behind their images. A number of members gravitated toward playing with light against darkness, which led to a great discussion about the technical hurdles of shooting in low-light conditions.
